Conductor: High-purity oxygen-free copper is used to ensure excellent conductivity and low resistance, reducing energy loss and heat generation. Fine stranding technology is employed to make the cable highly flexible, with good bending and torsion resistance, effectively preventing internal wire breakage. The cross-sectional area (e.g., 2.5 mm², 6 mm²) is selected according to the charging current (e.g., 16A, 32A) to meet current-carrying requirements.

Insulation: XLPO/TPE elastomer materials are used, offering excellent flexibility, comprehensive performance, and environmental friendliness (non-toxic).

Shielding: Annealed soft copper wire braiding with over 80% coverage and 100% aluminum foil double-layer shielding is employed to resist external electromagnetic interference.

Jacket: TPE/TPU elastomer materials are used, providing excellent flexibility, comprehensive performance, environmental friendliness (non-toxic), good wear resistance, and weather resistance, making installation and usage easy.

The products are widely applicable in high-power DC fast-charging piles and in-vehicle high-voltage wiring harnesses, particularly suited for the charging performance demands of fast-charging trends and harsh industrial environments. They offer excellent heat resistance, high current-carrying capacity, and ample safety margins.
